Picture yourself in a CBD artist studio.
Three light-filled wet/dry artist studios support practicing and aspiring professional artists at affordable weekly rates. Each studio space has ample natural light, a hard floor and access to a wash-up room.
About the Artist Studios
Accessible between 7am-10pm, users of these secure* studios can access kitchen facilities and a common room. Whether you wish to lock yourself away, or create a body of work in the company of others, our artist studios offer the chance to be part of something bigger.
As tenants, Artist Studio users will have the opportunity to participate in networking and showcase events at Station Creative Workspace.
Artist studios are available on a week to week basis.
Applications for Artist Studios will be taken on an ad-hoc basis through Eastern Riverina Arts’ website. We will try to balance the needs of long and short term users, emerging and established artists, with an inclusive lens toward art form diversity and access for users across our service region.
Pricing: Starting at $100 (including GST) per week or part thereof (Monday to Sunday).

Operational Notes
Studio users are requested to keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours 10am – 4pm.
For the safety of other building users, fumes must be managed with natural ventilation to minimise impact on others.
*While each Studio is in a separate room, the occupants of all three studios will have access to all three studios to preserve evacuation routes and give access to the common room and kitchen.
The Artist Studios are lockable and monitored by security cameras, however the contents of your studio are not covered by Eastern Riverina Arts’ office insurance policy. Please exercise due diligence in insuring your belongings and utilising the lockable storage cupboard in your studio.
