LOVE CATS

  • Station Creative Workspace 54-58 Johnston Street Wagga Wagga, NSW, 2650 Australia (map)

In her debut solo exhibition LOVE CATS, emerging local artist Nina Magrath shares her deep love for cats through a playful and expressive collection of drawings, prints, and fabric works.

Working with tactile, hands-on techniques like screen and gelli printing, Nina explores the charm and personality of her feline muses—from their smoochy affection, their quirky personalities and their loveable quirks. Her art is full of colour, texture, and a sense of fun, inviting viewers into a world where creativity and love for animals meet. Her intuitive process reflects an uninhibited joy in making, translating the warmth and spontaneity of her subjects into richly textured, often humorous visual narratives.

LOVE CATS invites viewers into a joyous, cat-loving world as an ode to the everyday magic of feline companionship. Through her art, Nina seeks to spark delight and connection, welcoming audiences of all ages to share in her creative celebration of the cat.
